Tools & Equipment:
Giant Cupcake in giant cupcake case (see basics series – link above)
Modelling chocolate or fondant in your desired colours (I used ink and white, a little blue and some purple)
Cake Board (I iced mine to match the colours)
Buttercream frosting (a single batch should do – I put mine in a piping bag with a loyal #20 plastic piping tip)
Large red candy – gobstopper, choc orange ball, gumball – roll a ball of red fondant
Corn flour (starch) or icing sugar for dusting surface
Off-set spatula or butter knife
